Community Service hour forms are due by April 30, 2024. There is a 2-step process in submitting your community service hours as follows:
- Please provide details of your community service hours. Click here Community Service 2023-24 Form to download and fill out the form.
- Please submit a paper copy of the completed form to the Career Centre no later than April 30, 2024
