Students with legitimate course errors must submit this Course Change Form
Please remember:
- Only students have access to this form through their Office 365/Outlook account.
- Counsellors will only make course changes if there is a legitimate error in a student’s schedule. Timetable errors include: missing a class (you have fewer than 8 courses), you are in a class that you’ve successfully completed, you are missing a course that is required for graduation.
- Counsellors will not make changes if: you want a different teacher, you don’t like the time of day a class is offered, your friends aren’t in your class.
- Students only have one opportunity to submit this form. The form opens at 4:00 pm today and closes at 8:00 am on Friday, September 5.
- Please review the process for course changes in the form before completing and submitting it.
Counsellors know this can be a stressful time for students, and they appreciate your patience.
Grade 11/12 students, please be aware Career Programs/Work Experience courses will not be on your schedule until next week.
