Please do not send course change requests to counsellors via email.
The process for course changes in 2025/2026 is as follows:
- A Course Verification Change Request Form will be emailed to parents and students on Friday, August 29
- Students must use their school Outlook email to access the form.
- Students only have one opportunity to make course change requests so consider choices carefully before submitting the form.
- Course change requests must be discussed with parents prior to submitting the form.
- Submission of the form gives your counsellor permission to make any changes to your schedule necessary to accommodate your request, including shifting your other classes around. Counsellors will not ask you before shifting other classes.
- After submitting the form, please be patient. Do not email, phone, or drop by to ask about your request. This makes the process longer for everyone.
- If the course change is possible, counsellors will email you to let you know.
- Continue to follow your original schedule until you receive an email.
