On Wednesday March 5, 2025 the Burnaby School District will be hosting its 7th annual District Diversity Dance! This dance is open to all high school students in the Burnaby, in the spirit of celebrating the diversity and inclusivity of our students. The dance will be held from 6pm-9pm at Byrne Creek Community School. DJ Slade will be spinning all night; Kendall Gender and Andy Androgynass will perform. There will be make-up artists doing free designs, community vendors, snacks, dancing, and a quiet space!
Tickets are on sale now in the main school office until Tuesday March 4, 2025 for $10. There are only 35 tickets available per school, so buy them early to avoid missing out. The theme of the dance is “Atlantis” so wear your best themed outfits! Hope to see you all there!
