Service Awards
While we are unsure of how the school year is going to end we would still like to ensure students (grades 8-12) are able to apply for and submit information to receive Service Awards for the 2019-2020 school year. To collect the information this year students will need to complete two steps. All students must complete both steps to be considered for Service Awards and all forms must be submitted by June 15th.
- Complete the Community Service Hours PDF to document your service hours and email it to Ms. Deitch. If you have already submitted a Community Service Hours PDF to Ms. Deitch you do not need to do so again. Community Service Awards
- Complete this FORM to confirm number of service hours. Students who have already submitted a Community Service Hours PDF must still complete this step. Students will need to be signed in to their school district Office 365 account to complete this form.
