Parents as Education & Career Coaches is a program that helps parents become more effective career development allies for their children. Participants are introduced to the concept of coaching; an appropriate role they can assume when guiding and supporting their children’s career and educational journeys. Parents are given practical tools and strategies to help them become better career coaches for their youth as they transition from high school into post-secondary and their future careers.
