Immunization forms will be given to all grade 9 students on January 6th. Please note that these are the regular Meningococcal Quadrivalent Conjugate & Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccines, NOT COVID-19 or Influenza vaccines. Please complete and sign these forms at your earliest convenience, then have your child return it to the school office on or before January 11, 2023. Immunizations will be done by local health nurses on the morning of February 2nd.
